I don't mind not letting penguin nini on this site but why?

Why can't we let penguin nini on the site I mean I really don't mind not letting him on but why?

Well, tacutamon, to answer your question, penguin nini is not nice. Penguin nini has caused a lot of trouble in a couple different forums. I guess if penguin nini joins, let him/her post until we start seeing spam. Then, as dude mistro would say, it's bann, Bann, BANN!
